Hello, beautiful Kingdom women!
Let’s talk perseverance and Community today!
As we journey through life, our relationship with God is the foundation of our empowerment for prosperity.
Today, we’ll explore the vital roles of community, collaboration, and perseverance in receiving this empowerment, using Ruth’s inspiring story as our guide.
Let’s call it Ruth’s Journey to Prosperity.
She was a widow, stranger, and outsider, Ruth faced seemingly insurmountable challenges. Yet, through community, collaboration, and perseverance, she:
🔶Found refuge and support (Ruth 1:16-17)
🔶Gained wisdom and guidance (Ruth 2:20-23)
🔶Experienced divine provision (Ruth 2:14-16)
🔶Became a key player in the lineage of Jesus (Matthew 1:5-6)
Ruth’s story highlights the importance of community in our journey to prosperity.
Her journey into the lineage of Jesus was not without help such as Naomi’s guidance (Ruth 1:20-22), Boaz’s protection and provision (Ruth 2:8-14) and The support of the Bethlehem community (Ruth 4:11-12)
“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor.” – Ecclesiastes 4:9
Another key lesson is Ruth’s unwavering determination to persevere:
She didn’t give up in the face of adversity, She worked hard and trusted God’s provision and She remained faithful, even in uncertainty.
Deuteronomy 8:18 reminds us:
“The Lord your God gives you the power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.”
This scripture carries the endless possibilities of success we can enjoy in God if only we will be determined to walk with God. Ready to persevere where we need to and choosing to trust and work with other women.
Perseverance and building relationships can be difficult sometimes but the Bible encourages “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9.
