Dear Authentic Friend,

This week, let’s pause and reflect on what it truly means to connect with Yahweh — the God who is.

When God revealed Himself to Moses, saying, “I AM WHO I AM” (Exodus 3:14), He wasn’t just introducing a name; He was unveiling His eternal essence — YHWH (Yahweh), The Self-Existent One.

He is not bound by time, emotion, or circumstance.

He was, He is, and He will forever be.

To connect with Yahweh is to align your heart and spirit with the unchanging One — to live aware of His constant presence even when life feels uncertain. In that awareness, peace is restored, clarity returns, and faith becomes steady again.

This Week’s Focus: Practicing Presence with Yahweh

Here are three simple ways to deepen your spiritual and emotional alignment this week:

  1. 🌬️ Breathe His Name: Whisper “Yahweh” — “Yah” as you inhale, “weh” as you exhale. Let His name center you in calm and awareness.
  2. 🙌🏽 Acknowledge His Presence: Throughout your day, pause and affirm, “Yahweh, You are here.”
  3. 💎 Anchor in His Character: Remember who He is — Yahweh Jireh (Provider), Yahweh Shalom (Peace), Yahweh Shammah (Ever-Present).

Wellness flows when your heart rests in who Yahweh is, not in what you can control.
